Pre-1917 Russian Revolution heavy brass urn embossed with Romanov coat of arms. Manufactured for the 1913 Romanov Tercentenary to celebrate 300 hundred years of the Romanov dynasty.
Probably from Tula, a leading Russian metalware center for munitions and samovar production. Just over two-feet tall, this piece is a gleaming conversation starter. Good with expected wear at base. 25"H x 18"W x 14.5" D.
