Shipping Policy

Processing Time

All orders take 1-3 days to process before shipping. In the event anything is wrong with your order, we will contact you.

Shipping Zones

Greenans offers free shipping to customers in the continental USA. Please note we do not ship to PO boxes. All items are shipped through UPS with required signature; no exceptions.

We take pride in our collection. To ensure a safe and effective delivery experience, Greenans adds both tracking and insurance to each order. We also require a signature upon delivery.

Ownership of packages scanned and accepted by UPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, damaged packages, incorrect shipping info, stolen packages or delivery errors via carrier (example: delivered scan but not delivered). Shipping is a service you purchase along with your order, so any shipping issues must be handled directly with UPS. There will be NO exceptions to this policy.

 

International Orders

Currently Greenans does not ship internationally. If you are interested in an item, please contact us directly at info@greenans-cottage.com.

Some of our items are fragile and may require custom crating and packing. In these instances, we are unable to provide standardized shipping rates. Items that require specialized shipping are handled by a select group of reputable and experienced professional shippers. The easiest way to obtain a quote is to contact us by email at GreenansCottage@gmail.com. 

International orders can take anywhere from 5 days to 2 weeks to arrive. Orders may take longer due to customs hold. Greenans is not responsible for any duty fees associated with customs at time of arrival to your country. 

 

Holiday Season (USA Deliveries)

Due to the high demand of packages needing to be shipped by UPS during the holiday season, processing speed might take longer than usual and may cause delays in shipping transport time. Please keep in mind that means the tracking number may not be functioning as it normally does. Please add 2-3 days to the estimated shipping time for package receipt.
